TOPIC: Actual Trading Offer!

Okay, this forum has been doing a lot of talking about token trading, and very little actual trading. So I'm gonna toss an offer out:

I'm looking for Wondrous Bracers of Defence.

I have available to trade (not ALL for the bracers, but to put the list out and give some options):

MasterWork Bard Instrument - Rare
Scroll of Flame Arrow (14 pts fire damage) - Very Rare
+1 ShortSword (d6) - Very Rare
Wondrous Gauntlets of Ogre Power (+2 to Str) - Very Rare
(not sure I wanna part with that last item, but it's a possibility)

If anyone wants to make me offers for any of the above, I'll consider them. Mostly I'm looking for the Bracers, but I'd be willing to trade for other Magic items as well... or maybe even for Gold In Ludicrous Amounts.

--> As a note, I'd rather have the offers made on the forum than by Private Message, so other people browsing can see what kind of trades are being offered. We can't stimulate an economy by doing all transactions in secret.

Alas I do not have what you seek good person Raven, but I do have some fine items for thy mastercrafted bardic instrument.
I see from the trade forums that Theives Tools traded as well as Bardic instruments. But I am certain that while that would be a fair trade across the line, I sense you would seek more than simple tools for an individual of thy talent.
So let my initial offer stand at thus:

Also I have a question for thee, since I have never been to the true dungeon (I obtained mine from pre-order in anticipation of GenCon SoCal). Are Gear items like Rope, waterskin, steel flask, and mirror used up when used?

I seem to have read the forum ahead of Raven, so I'll answer this question ahead of her.

Most permanent sounding items are retained by the players, unless they are damaged or left in the room they are used. For example, if you use the rope to tie all of the party members together so you all fall together, then afterward you should get the rope back. If, on the other hand, you light it on fire to use as an emergency torch (something like this would be at your GM's discresion) then you would lose the token/item.

Basically, we attempt to handle the items as if they were real. Destory the item, lose the token.

Nope, not gonna be the bard.
I wasn't last year, either - I just happened to have a spare Bard's instrument kicking around.

Ya know, my fave class is the Rouge, but I make a way better Ranger. The ambidexterity helps. When I play Rogue, I can do traps, but keep me away from the fighting tables... I just seem to knock other people's sliders off "good hit" spots. As a Ranger, I can seem to hit in the arm/leg/chest without knocking other people's sliders off the heart & head.
