Give it another try, Donald. Mine just worked fine, maybe you just hit a burp on the server.

I am just so excited to get the new manual so that I can start my ~~manipulation of the rules~~ tweaking of the tokens get the best advantage as possible!

I tried on my XP computer to download it, it goes about a meg and dies, states that file is corrupt. I then went to one of my kids Vista computer and tried to pull it, it did the same thing. I'm using IE7 and Adobe Reader 8.1.3.
