But what if you could have like 4x8 pagers and give them out to each person for the next 4 runs slated?  32X50 $160 +$500...I dunno if that is worth it or too much of a hassle on admin.

<br /><br />You're missing a "0" there, Gary.  That's $1,600 + $500 = $2100.  Quite pricey if you ask me.

It'd be cheaper just to hold one member of the party hostage and for every minute the rest are late getting back you break a finger.

Not if you have the lawyer amongst the coaches do it in a totally legal way! ;)

How about we just take down a cell phone number of one of the party members, and then call that when it is time?  Tell them to put it on vibrate.<br /><br />

The problem is not all of the party members always know each other.  I think once they register/sign in, they should report to their table and take a seat and not move except for quick trips to answer the call of nature.<br />
