1. any items with a GP value printed on them can be used for monetary purposes. 2. some of the recipes will ask specifically for something in addition to gold pieces (gold blessing rod, blood opal charm, candelabra, etc.). you must use that particular item, but are free to use other GP valued tokens for the monetary requirements.

I hear a rumor that the ingredients this year will be: 1. Ancient red dragon toe jam 2. Horn of Pit Fiend 3. Tooth of terrasque (bring your wish spell for that guy!) Or maybe I'm starting this rumor... Disclaimer: I know NOTHING. I just like to scare the newbies.

Latest rumor I've heard is that anyone attempting that will get an upclose view of the Gearon's mace. Very up close. And should leave a lasting impression I heard.
