TOPIC: 2022 x3 Treasure Tokens

First time pulling one of these so late in the season. If we are not going to GHC are these tokens still valid for next year in person or is the only way to do it by mail - can I request them to come in my volunteer loot or anything else?

As a general rule they must be turned in by the end of the calendar year so you would need to turn them in through the token exchange program if you are not going to be going to GHC.

In terms of having them come with your volunteer loot, you can ask but I know that is a situation that they generally don't want to mess with trying to get extra tokens and/or transmutes into because it just adds another potential issue. Honestly, I would just recommend reaching out to the TD team and asking but, per the above, I would think that going through the TEP is going to be the only way to do the exchange

Is it calendar year or season? From the token DB -

Based on the token DB, it sounds like a 2022 Treasure Chip could also be redeemed at 2023 MomoCon.

I believe that it is calendar year per what they have listed in the first line but I can understand the confusion as they say that and then immediately follow it with the true dungeon event season answer.

I do know that you could not redeem 2021 chips after december of 2021 though

I have found that TD is ALWAYS lenient on this especially when it is just small number of pulls. If you had like 60 that wouldn't fly I bet. A single chip worth like 3... I'd bet a pull they'd let you do it at GC next year.
