The TDb entry for Scroll Barkskin now says:
Adds +3 to AC to target ally or the caster

i was wondering why someone wanted the monster to be harder to hit.

"ah, 13 is a miss."

" that was before its AC went up."
"how did that happen? it's an animal."
*caster and GM trying hard not to explode in laughter.

Nice find on that. If the ruling had been the other way, there would have been a run on Scrolls of Barkskin for the new Tome.

Well ya its side effect would let you effectively stun lock the monster.

Its usefulness in True Grind just went down...

I will add nothing useful here - but every time I see this I think it says "Scroll of Baskin" and I get Tiger King flashbacks...
