If you like True Dungeon & Tokens, this announcement is for you!

On Friday, July 10 at 12:00pm EST, there will be a Facebook Live video at www.facebook.com/tdtokens announcing the official launch of:

For those of you who attended the Friday night event sponsored by Trent Tokens last year at Gamehole Con, you heard me announce that my buddy David and I had been working on the site, and we were ready for beta testers to lend a hand.

Since then, we've been working with the beta testers to get the site ready to launch. This is just the first iteration, with the main goal of helping token collectors keep track of their collection. We have a zillion more ideas, so we'd love for everyone to kick the tires and send feedback about what's working or not, and to share any ideas for future enhancements.

When you visit www.TrueDungeonTokens.com you may notice that you'll be able to keep track of your tokens from various years AND various back colors, and keep track of your haves, wants, and notes for each token. There are also numerous filtering choices choices for you to enjoy. Such as by Adventure Module, Back Color, Collection Status, Initial Convention, Named For, Soulforged To, Worth, and more!

Here are a few screenshots to whet your appetite.

Thank you so much for working on this. I really enjoyed playing around with it. I really think it's a great product that has so much room to add functionality to even further its purpose! It honestly helped me, late one night in our San Antonio hotel, make some additional builds easily from what I knew I "have to have somewhere". Now that we're post a lot of transmute churning, I really look forward to doing some updates. Again, thank you all for all you've done on this so far and what I'm sure will be done in the future.

Thanks for your kind words and assistance during beta. I really appreciate that!

And yes, there are a lot of ideas for the future, and we're hoping to get feedback from the awesome TD community to figure out the best direction.

I can't encourage people enough to try out this site. First, its a great way to track your collection. Very easy to use. But after that it gets even better. With all the filtering options it's an excellent tool for optimizing your build based on what you have and then looking at what other tokens are available that can make your build better. it does so much that I'm simply amazed at all the work that went into building it. Well done Trent and David!

Looks like it should be an interesting tool. I just wasted some time putting a spreadsheet together with my usable/loanable tokens for all the classes. I anticipate re-entering that data.

-Conspiracy mode-
Trent likes tokens
TrentTokens.com has shipping addresses for people that also like tokens.
TrueDungeonTokens.com has a list of which tokens those people have.
Trent likely has dozens of masterwork thieves tools and some non-zero number of potions of invisiblity.
Anybody see a string of unexplainable cat burglaries coming?

Or Trent goes Santa Clause on everybody and sends them tokens this December.

There is an option to upload from Excel. There's a sample file provided, or you can create your own with the following headers. You need these exact headers in this exact order:
Token
Year
Back Color
Quantity

I think the token names also need to be exact matches for the official names in TokenDB or the Trade Token Worksheet. This includes the + symbol, which requires an escape character (') in front of it so that Excel doesn't think it's a formula.

The import will check the file for errors and give you feedback on invalid rows (misspelled tokens, wrong token/year combinations, etc.).

Not sure if you have quite that level of detail in your sheet, but there is an import option at least :)

Thanks for the kind words and your help during beta. The site was a lot of fun to work on with David, and we're proud of the first iteration. There's a long road ahead for future revisions, but that will be a lot of fun too!
