TOPIC: Can Relic tokens be used as monster bit "wild" tokens

I have 4 "extra" relic tokens that are used for Orion's belt. In the list for items needed, it states that relics can not be used as wilds to make the belt. Can they be used as wilds for other exchanges? I am new to the game and working to make a stronger build.

They can be substituted for 2019 Monster Tokens, except for Orion's Belt.

Per TokenDB.Com:

Those not wishing to make the aforementioned recipe may use this token in place of any* 2019 Monster Trophy. Thus, it could be used as a “wild card” in a recipe that requires a 2019 Monster Trophy. E.g., if a recipe calls for a Blight Bud, this token could be submitted in place of a Blight Bud token. Only 2019 Monster Trophies may be substituted in this manner. It could not, for example, be used in the recipe for Figurine of Power: Dog because that required a 2018 Monster Trophy. It may also be counted as a Monster Trophy toward a Golden Fleece trade token. There is no restriction on the number of Relic Recipe Fragments that can be substituted for a Monster Trophy when exchanging them for a Golden Fleece. E.g., you could send in 10 Fragments, 9 Fragments & 1 Trophy, 5 Fragments & 5 Trophies, or any ratio as long as they total 10 per Fleece.

*Relic Recipe Fragments may not be substituted for Monster Trophies in the recipe for Orion’s Belt.
