The page 3 text on limited use seems strange to me. The sentence "When the last circle is punched, the token is collected." seems like it should be later in the paragraph after tokens with charges are mentioned. (or removed if it is redundant to the last sentence there)

Scrolls and Potions must be turned in
when used. In addition, any token that says “One use”
must be handed over to the DM or Coach when used.
When the last circle is punched, the token is collected.
Wands may be used an unlimited number of times per
room but are collected at the end of the room. Tokens
that have charge counters () are punched
each time they are used and collected when the last
charge is expended.
