Loose lips may sink ships, but look tokens sink shipments. If the quantity of tokens you're sending in does not fill the box, please add something to occupy the empty space.
Pro Tip: After you've closed the box but before you seal it, give it a shake. If it rattles, try to add something to the box to reduce the rattling. Not securing your tokens is a great way to ensure your tokens will get lost in transit.

When you place a Token Exchange order, it will automatically generate documentation for you. You must print, fill out, sign, and include that documentation in your shipment to us. Do you really want us to guess what we should ship you?

This is a package we recently received. There was absolutely no paperwork included and the tokens were loose in the box.

I think someone either thought you had telepathy or is clueless how many Tokens are sent in to get transmuted by so many TD'ers. If no one claims that order I'll gladly take those Tokens off your hands. LOL!!

Looks like a Necklace of the Sneak.

Hopefully you can correlate that with return address or order history.

P.S. Literally 80% of the time I tape up the box before I put the forms in, I don't know why it's so hard for me. I then usually cut open the box and jam then in through a slot and then tape up the slot.

Ugh, right as you finish up using half a roll of packing tape you look over and see the sheet sitting out on your desk. XD

For our most recent trade good/transmute shipment, my husband carefully sealed the small USPS boxes and then sat down to fill in the form before sealing the larger box. Which means it took about a minute before he asked, “Wait, which monster bits did we use for the Belts of Ogre Mage Power?” Sigh.
