Who else is ready? 5 years 2 months ago #25

One email from TD said they were expected Feb 4th, another said the week of Feb 4th.

I'm hopeful they arrive soon and we get them on Friday-Saturday. It'll be a nice distraction from the fact that the NFL will be over.

Might be a possibility to be delayed by the snow and rain

Characters rebuilt in Character Generator App to reflect newly transmuted gear.
Eagerly awaiting new tokens with bated breath!

You are way ahead of me this year. Usually I am eager to do all that too!

I still have to:
Sort through pulls from PAX
Bag up a bunch of trade goods
Decide what transmutes I can/want to make at Origins
Figure out what rares and below from 2019 I want to add to my collection (I don't keep everything)
Update my builds for every class
Update my token inventory spreadsheet
Re-sort my main binder to accommodate the new tokens (I order by slot, rarity, and name so the whole thing needs to be redone)

I guess there's enough time before Origins :)
Classes Played: Barbarian (65 times), Monk (56), Ranger (33), Rogue (25), Cleric (21), Fighter (13), Druid (12), Paladin (11), Dwarf Fighter (10), Bard (7), Elf Wizard (2), Wizard (2)

But seriously, I eagerly await the announcement from TD HQ that the 2019 tokens are in their way. I really want to find out which random URs we get, am hoping for enough Bead Firehold to (a) make the Relic Beads and (b) wear in the meantime until we get the monster bits to make the Relics, and oh, yeah, make the Kilts.

This is why you’re the Guild Quartermaster.

It's nice when my tendency to become obsessive can be put to good use.

Of course, once we sort the new tokens, we'll still need to package all the resulting trade good transmutes, swap out the greaves (haven't done that yet), do any of the "smaller" build updates (like adding Rings of Iron Will and IS Ruby Rhombus where there's room), input all the changes into all the character generators we use, and go over the consumables (wands, scrolls, potions, etc.) to see if we need to top anything off. To say nothing of trying to buy or trade for the 2019 URs we still want but didn't get as randoms. Lots to do before Origins.

Glad to see someone else in the same boat as me!

Dave wrote: I really appreciate this reminder. I am NOT ready. Now I have to shovel through all the recent snow and ice so the mail driver has a path to my door. Otherwise, I'll just get that little card telling me I have to go into the post office to pick them up. The extra delay may be more than I can take.

That’s why Jeff should ship out West first so there’s no possibility for delays. We don’t shovel Sunshine out here in AZ.

I wonder how much money Jeff could raise auctioning off spots in the shipping order

"Soon™" does not imply any particular date, time, decade, century, or millennia in the past, present, and certainly not the future. "Soon" shall make no contract or warranty between True Adventures, Ltd. and the end user. "Soon" will arrive some day, TD does guarantee that "soon" will be here before the end of time. Maybe. Do not make plans based on "soon" as TD will not be liable for any misuse, use, or even casual glancing at "soon."
