Even though "4C" (aka, four cauldron--the old Combo token designation) is not an official term anymore, it's used by veterans a lot, so I threw it in parenthetically.

Also, it sounds like you're experiencing some font rendering issues. The weird symbols after the transmuted items are the star symbols and the Magical/Non-Magical notations are checkmarks, not commas. I double-checked and Acrobat is/was set to embed the font (Wingdings), so I'm not sure what might be causing your issue.

Page 19: the header says "Transmuted & Volunteer" but there are no volunteer tokens shown on that page.

Page 23: I believe it was announced that Hat of the Hellway would be allowed in the Blessed Redoubt Helm recipe.

Page 9: Ring of Fateful Heroism text doesn't mention the saves penalty

Potion Condensed Healing is listed in a couple places but there is no picture of it and no recipe listed.

Maybe it was a remnant of Potion Distilled healing?

Under the description of the elemental eldritch set, there should be an "of" after growing quantity eldritch

Also, good to see the quicksilver charms.

There are a lot of participation tokens listed for GC. Maybe that list includes the treasure box only greaves?

On the token Ring of Fateful Heroism it said something like -1 saves and may not wear additional rings and gains a level, in the proof it says only no additional rings. I like the book version better

The pink-on-green on the cover is very harsh. Consider changing.

Under Psychic Power:

Only one Psychic Power be used per person per adventure -> Only one Psychic Power MAY be used per person per adventure.

Consistency:

Why the Flavor entry for Devil Ant Orb and not Devil Wasp Orb? Related: why is only this token one with a Flavor entry?

Page 12: Third sentence - Change "unless that" to "unless they"

Page 13: Underlined text - Change to "Only one Psychic Power may be used per person per adventure" and also consider adding "Unless otherwise specified by a token" or similar, i.e. the new shirt.

Page 21: Kilt of Dungeonbane - Remove the "the" from both Fatherbane and Tavernbane
