No. They are only usable at Gencon 18, Gamehole Con 18, and (maybe) Pax South 19 and Origins 19. I'd confirm those last two with Jeff.

Picc Offline 10^th Level Supporter Remember when we were explorers? Posts: 7101	If its just a few, it might also just be worth asking for an exception next year.
