TOPIC: Looking for token carrying solution

I apologize for the double post-

Does the storage compartment on the shoulder bag rest on your back? On your side? It's hard to tell from the photo.

Don't you also have some really cool bracers that you use for token storage?

Amazon has a variety of similar items. Some may be a better fit than that one.

In case anyone is wondering, wife decided this utility belt is worth getting. I will probably try it out at origins and maybe get another one for myself at gencon.

Thanks for all the suggestions/help.

Sounds very cool. I wonder how many tokens can fit into each one?

I think it was around 10 per pocket. I'll try to remember to check when I get home tonight.

I checked and it looks like 12 tokens fit each pocket. You can cram in more than that, but you start losing system integrity. There is an inner loop and snap on each pouch to keep contents in the pouch, and it will no longer give that extra level of protection.

Can you link to your "tactical shoulder bag?" It sounds...interesting...

:)

Here you go, Trent.

It's pretty much my best investment in TD outside of tokens. It holds my small zippable token-binder and has a bunch of easy access pouches for individual tokens and other accessories. It's contoured so it fits close to the body and won't get in the way while sliding. The price has dropped substantially since I bought it last year.

Zippable token-binder, you say? Got time to provide another link?

This isn't the exact one I have but it's similar. You have to cut-down standard token pages to fit but it holds my entire build with a few swap-out tokens for game-type tweaks.

It's a sling-bag so the main storage is at your side. Better pics here. http://redrockoutdoorgear.com/sidekick-sling-bag/

I do also have one bracer for referencing token abilities that I often forget. You can see the bracer and the bag in this photo from a Blue Brotherhood run last year.

Hi!
Did you try this out at Origins? If so, how did it work out for you?
Thanks!

Kinda. I only used a few of the pockets for some healing (deaths door, scrolls, and potions). I didnt have time to plan out what should go in each pocket, and i didnt want to be digging into multiple pockets to find things. Im sure it will be great if you sort out what stuff goes into which pocket.
