TOPIC: Deadline for Gold-Backed Trade Tokens?

I vaguely remember there being a deadline for old gold-backed trade tokens being valid and that they would need to be turned in for brown-backed versions before that deadline.

Can someone help me remember when that deadline is?

All old trade tokens must be exchanged by December 1st, 2018. You can check any tokens you have on tokendb if you can't remember such as mystic silk

Do we just pack up the gold backs and just send them in? I might have missed it, but I do not see anything in the store to track the gold back token exchange.

If you are going to GHC/Origins you can transmute your old trade goods 1 for 1 there. If you are not and would like to ship them then you can use the standard TEP located at

http://truedungeon.com/tep

and then follow the usual procedure for exchange, but instead of 25 units/tokens, you would use the gold backed trade token to make the exchange.

GHC this is(2017) year, you can not transmute the old for new...Jeff had said it would start at origins(unless he changes his mind).

TDB says "One-to-one exchanges can be done starting in September 2017." So I would assume that includes GHC. If not, I guess we need clarification on that.
