If you use Lenses of Sage Speed and Cabal Gloves...

Just asking clarification - if two single-target scrolls are used - does the effect work on both of them...

e.g. - can I use Sage Speed and the Cabal Gloves and cast two single-target damage scrolls and have each affect two targets...

If this is not yet ruled on, could it be? I definitely did not see it in the sectyfor Cabal Gloves.

As written in the token database it is very clear. One target may be affected. Targeting two separate target would invalidate the first action. The English language is pretty clear. Whether or not this combination of tokens was considered or the crafters of the entry in token database are just very good English speakers or they’re just lucky but either way it seems pretty clear.

Now that being said, that may not have been the original intention and certainly asking for a ruling is a fair point.

Of course - the tdb entry for the gloves explicitly says: “all eligible scrolls the wearer cases are effected.”

You are answering a different question than what was asked.

What was asked was if I cast two scrolls with lenses of sage speed, and they both effect one target, do the gloves of the cabal double both of them.

And the rules as written answer is “yes.”
