TOPIC: The Perfect Leather Token Case for Lords n Ladies

Actually you did have it down but it was edited.

Exact comment as I read was $20 but should charge $25 and $40 for two. That is why I put down $25.

Kaledor

Even there I'm saying its $20.
Saying I should charge something is not the same as saying this is what I'm charging. When you posted you knew I was selling at $20. I still hold that your comment is misleading. Based on your reaction, I don't think you're the type to care.

There's a bunch of stuff I could point out. But at the end of the day I don't come here for arguments.

If you don't like that I'm repurposing and reselling an item, or you don’t like my price, cool. If I don't sell any cases that's cool too. I only ask that you be respectful.

I ask you the same to be respectful, which you are not. I gave you a private message days ago, talking about the benefits to the other case and you started a public debate with misinformation... you must like the drama.

You are assuming I knew what you were charging and you said you should. Which means you might, but you edited the post so it is now he said she said.

Unless you are a mind read, which I'm sure you are not, you do not know what I was thinking. Do don't try to state what I am or am not thinking.

You mislead people about the other case not closing which it does just fine with or without the lining. Misleading by editing your original post, I can go on and on.

At the end of the day I "think" you are the type of person that doesn't care about misleading people to make a profit. Base on your response you don't seem like the type of person that cares and just wants drama.

I really don't care about your reselling to make a profit. I believe in capitalism, give people options. But don't mislead them about the other products out there to try and sell your resell items.

Subject is closed now back to the cases.

Everyone can put the popcorn down now.

Also the Kabki case comes in various colors. Even tiger strips! Will post pictures later!

The tight fit of the first case is more pleasing to the eye, and I suppose there is something to be said for compactness if you're putting it in your pocket.

However, I don't think those two things are worth paying an extra $9 for, personally.

How easy is it to get tokens out of each case? They're so tightly packed in the first one it looks like it would be difficult to get the token you want without pulling out several. The wiggle room of the 2nd case would make shuffling through tokens easier, I'd think.

Kaledor,

I have no vested interest in this debate/conversation, but from my perspective Graven created this topic to share something he found and would like to resell, and you have used the same thread to propose an alternative solution.

My suggestion is that you should create your own topic on the case you are proposing and this thread should be limited to questions about the original case.

Just my thoughts.

I'd agree with you, Kirk, if this thread had been posted in one of the "sales" sections rather than the more generic "all things" discussion section.

And, since Kaledor isn't trying to sell the alternative but just let people know it exists, I don't think his motives are impure.

Hey Joshua, I can show you in person. I have at least one run and a grind with you. I'll have both cases with me, so feel free to take a look.

For the other case I'll let you decide.

For the Lord & Ladies case it's actually easy. Because the case is soft leather, when closed it holds the tokens in spot snug, but when It's open there's play. If the case is not completely full you can flip through it normally. But here's the cool thing, because it's soft not rigid you can grip it with one hand and use your thumb to roll a token up to see what it is, while not having to completely take it out. I'll post some pics of what I mean.

I had thought about that when I was picking a group to post in. I didn't go with the "tokens stores", "token trades", or "token auctions", because I specifically wasn't dealing in tokens. After looking around at other threads that were for wears or accessories at the time, I decided this was the only/best branch.

I thought it was clear it was a sales thread just not a token shop. Someone pointed out that it might not be clear, so I've tried to make it clear. I've several times posted that I was selling these to clarify.

The black case it's easy to take tokens out. You have the link now. I will bring the longer case to GC if you want to see it, I think it will hold like 40 tokens or more.
