Okay, we fixed the Eldritch +10 healing bonus to include 0-level spells, and we uploaded a new version. You may have to clear your cache to see the latest version.

Thanks again for all the feedback.

I like the idea of Branding Irons though... Its time to mark your Strength!
YeeeHaaa! sizzle.

Glad you weren't in charge of Truecraft in 2012.

This is pretty minor but,
Only because years later we had the debate about the wording around the hand of glory, we might want to consider revising the wording around the Charisma & Figurines of Power. Currently it says "If you character has a Charisma of 16 or higher, you may equip up to two"
Might consider changing to "may equip an additional" This way it would stack with any future expansions of the quantity of this slot.

If we leave it as is and later decide to make a ring of friendship that allows a second figurine we'd have the stacking debate.

Otherwise everything looks good!

There was a fairly unhindered perception it worked on all healing so thats a good change.

So, the PDF of the 2014 token reference is out...any particular reason the transmute recipes are not included? I was looking forward to a finalized, non-forum version of them. :(

I don't recall the QTR ever having transmuted recipes it it. Am I misremembering?

I don't know if it's any consolation, but the Trade Token Guide will be the next thing to come down the pike.
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?

I just pulled out my printed copy of the 2013 QTR from the bookshelf. It contains info on what goes into each trade item, as well as the recipes for the 2013 transmuted tokens and new legendaries introduced last year, as well as images of same.

Oh yeah, the printed version swapped some of the QTR's content. Thanks for reminding me Garrison. Though in my old, decrepit mind's defense, the on-line QTR never had recipes. :P ;)

I think this is best for several reasons: we added a lot of HPs when we went from 8 to 10 characters, but no extra healing spells. When we went to 4th and 5th level characters, more HPs added, offset by some addiional healing spells for the Cleric, Druid, Bard, and a bump for the Paladin's lay on hands. Though, i'm pretty sure we added more HP than cures (hps).

In addition, push damage really hits hard now, you have 25% more damage to heal (versus 8 characters).

Lastly, this is the rule I used in 2013; so it fair for others to be able to use then same rule.

(if you haven't figured it out yet, one of my artifact powers is that it counts as an Eldritch Set Item, thus I qualified for the 2 set power in 2013)

Just a quick note on the coaching and stat score recording a few posts ago.

This is really only an issue for maybe 10% of the TD population at GENCON and probably even lower then 10%.

We either need to rely on player integrity, move away from paper recording, or just give the coaches 45+ minutes to get a group ready.

Coaches have 10 people and 24 minutes. It is not uncommon for a few players to show up extremely late (Due to unsold ticket recruiting) and there are rare cases of 11 / 12 player groups.

2.4 minutes per person under ideal circumstances to help them gear appropriately, figure out about 10 separate stats (~14 seconds per stat calculation)

So ... the coach is under the gun

It would not be unreasonable for a note of Maul, Io, Slayer, Lens, Charm in the character name box ... but writing down the actual stat value would create an undue burden for very little payoff.

Let's also consider that only the LoDS and MEC are the only tokens this year that may be acquired by non-collectors requiring a stat check. (Opening random pack).

A possible fix for this in the future is to limit all stat required items to transmutation requirements, thus it would not be possible for a non-collector to just open an item they can't use.

Also -- -As a DM
Are we requiring players to show the LoDS and MEC to us upon use ? (I assume this is a yes)
