Trade Item Question 13 years 11 months ago #1

Sorry if this seems obvious, but I wanted to be sure before I start sectioning things off to get trade items.

Example:
For 25 of any common Weapon – specially refined Dwarven Steel

In the example above, does the armor all need to be same token (such as 25 Hide Armor) or can it be a mixture of any common armor tokens (such as 16 Hide Armor, 8 Elven Ringmail, and 1 Fox Totem Armor)? I'm figuring it is the latter, but I don't want a nasty surprise when I send in my tokens for trade items.

The tokens do not all have to have the same item name. Just so long as they meet the conditions for the trade item, in the case of Dwarven Steel, they all have to be weapons, and they all have to be commons.

I also have a question about trade items. I think I got the Gear part fine, but what items from 2010 classify as ITEMS for the darkwood billets?

Dave will have to verify this, but I think these count:
Common: Crystal Vial, Leather Backpack, Tankard, Turkey Leg
Uncommon: 50 ft Elven Rope, Faerie Runestone, Good Runestone, Law Runestone, Lyre of Luck, Pearl of Prayer
Rare: Chaos Runestone, Fire Runestone, Frost Runestone, Ioun Stone Beryl Prism, Ioun Stone Black Pearl, Lightning Runestone

I will have to go through the list and update things in the trade item post, but your list looks OK to me.

Dave

Do things like Fey Boots and Amulets of Mugwort count toward any of the trade in items? Cause I have a bajillion and would love to find a use for them.

Thanks

Darkwood Billets/Planks are made up of 15 gear (Fey boots, Amulet of Mugwort, etc)

The only things that count towards the Darkwood Planks are those tokens found in the Gear section and the Miscellaneous Items section of the token guide. The boots fall under Cloak and Cloathing and the amulet is in Amulets, Crowns, and Necklaces, so neither of those items can be traded for Darkwood Planks. Look up a few posts to see the 2010 items that can be used for DPs.
