TOPIC: Micro Buyers Guild

<br />I am just throwing out this idea to see if there is feasible interest.<br /><br />I rarely have money for buying tokens direct from TD before gencon, but I would love to. I can forsee being able to kick in a little now and again from token wallet sales. I thought it would be cool for numerous, small time buyers, to combine resources and order bigger. <br />PYP level token buys have other advantages beyond the purp. And trades among ourselves could be another perk.<br />I assume there are others, like myself, who would be willing and able to contribute small amounts toward such a plan.<br />Basically just a buyer's co-op.<br />If anyone is interested let me know. I think that would be a pretty neat idea. Heck if was big enough or well not too big we could even have like a guild meeting Wensday night or something, to trade and talk etc it would be for those who come the day before like myself.

Maybe Jeff & Co. could set up a "Guild" tab on the forums, with sub-tabs for your Micro-Guild, the Rogue's Guild, and all the other Guilds.  That would be a nice way to build the Guild communities within the Forum Communities. 

I would be interested is such an arrangement.

<br /><br />I don't think there is any section of the forums currently for any guilds or similar groups.  It does seem like a pretty natural addition to the Forums though, and might be a lot of fun for a lot of people, and help people find others that have similar interests.  Do you want me to run it past Jeff, or do you want to run with it?  I never assume that Jeff & Dave see any particular threads on the forums, they are VERY busy  =)

Sounds good.  I just sent a PM to Jeff suggesting the idea.  It may be awhile before he has time to respond though, as I imagine he always has about 10 things more to do than he has time to do them. 

I hope it does work out it sounds like a nice way to meet people that like TD at GenCon, well lots of people like it but I mean the forum people. It would be neat to have a get together on Wednesday nights filled with trading and talks about the Lore we have gotten and various other things.

Brand new to the forums (not to TD), but- I'd be interested in this, as well.  =)
