TOPIC: Unable to enter Xp Codes

I've been having issues imputing XP codes, whenever I attempt to enter a code it seems to accept it but prompts the enter XP code screen without any text. Then imputing the code again causes the dialog to respond "The code submitted was not found in our system or was improperly formatted. Please enter your code again for access." despite entering the same code as before.

Any idea what the issue is?

I figured at least my own issue with this -

If it is an issue of entering N1 from origins, scroll down and look for the specific 2018 origins N1, which is further down the list.

That allowed my code to be entered, at least.
