Did I miss it? I haven't been checking this board as much as I should, but I managed to level last time through and I was wondering if there was any news on what was being done (if anything) with second level characters.

Don't quote me on this just yet, but all 2nd level characters will receive a FREE Treasure Token Kit. This will represent there extra adventuring and the treasure that comes with it. It will not affect their character.

Just got done browsing the XP from both cons last year and on the Socal list there was a player named Dean Morris I believe that you have for 650 xp but made him 2nd level, just figured you'd like to know about the typo.

If not, this post never happened.

Give us a bit of time - I know my feet are still recovering, I'm sure everyone else who worked on the crew is still extremely tired as well.

Hopefully with the computerized system we will be able to get things updated faster, but I have no time frame. (it's not really my area)

hi,

all but one of my party made it all the way through the true dungeon module. however, only 5/6 of those who survived, leveled (1050xp); the party's rogue did not (950xp), even though he made it all the way through as well.

(the party member who died did not stick around to tell the recordkeeper which room he got to, so he is listed as having no xp).

i'm curious as to why the xp awarded for the rogue was different. does the gm come and give the recordskeeper additional details on who did what during the mod?

Rachel,
The DMs did not report stats to affect a players experience. Experience is based on how far you were when you either died or completed the dungeon. The people at the front entered the room that a person died in based on the room number (given by the GM) or a description (given by the player) it is possible that the description given by your party member led to the assignment of a different accomplishment point in the system. If you feel there was an error, send a pm to Lee Vaughn.
