If you're still shopping for pieces I'd pick the girdle over the crown or orb since either of those would interfere with a heavy armor set bonus if you choose to go that route. You might also want to pick up a defender set would since it grants free movement and works with fighter, cleric, and paladin.

Although I don't really like the Might set, I'd agree with this sentiment. I opened a Charming piece in my PYP order and went that route. I quickly became aware that it's not as great if you don't have Charm Necklace or Charm Bracelets...

I ended up picking up a Charm Necklace (thanks Mike Steele!), but found myself filling the slots with some really meh- charms.

Might set is very straight-forward by comparison - at least in my personal opinion.

Agreed on the charming set, as there aren't very many good charms at rare or lower - if you want to Max the charming set bonus you need the charm bracelet or necklace and need to be prepared to spend extra on the charms for those extra slots.

On the might set, I think it depends on class. I would probably go crown, orb, and boots for monk and probably ranger as those options would last in a build for quite a while. As mentioned above, the orb and crown aren't so hot for anyone wanting to use heavy armor, and the orb conflicts with 2H weapons too.

It’s a low-supply thing. The number of people who live locally and/or are willing/able to take extra vacation days and pay for extra hotel nights is a subset of the volunteer pool.

Yep, I'd do local install for more cons if the hotel cost wasn't there.

Not getting the might girdle will try to get the crown and orb . Going retribution route with dwarf and got the belt of thorns in that slot.
