Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum and just received my first online order yesterday. (3/28) I had a few questions, and I was wondering if anyone would be so kind to help out with some info.

I purchased an Ultra Value pack, but my free Ultra Rare token was missing. (+2 Holy Avenger). I sent an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and informed them about right away.

So, my questions are:

1. Has this happened to you?
2. If so, what did you do?
3. Where was your token located in the package?

I appreciate everyone's help in advance. Thanks.

It usually is located in a small little bag on the box. Things happen I am sure they will correct the issue for you.

I definitely have had issues in the past but TD always makes it right.
At this point I would probably just give them some time to get to the email you sent, but check your private messages on TD from time to time as well in case someone from TD sees your post and PMs you asking for extra info.
The token is always in a felt bag

I once received a different UR from the one I selected - they fixed it right away.

Out of all of the orders I've placed I only had one instance where something was incorrect. I emailed them just as you have and they took care of it quickly.

Jeff & crew occasionally will get a small piece of an order incorrect but they always fix it - if anything, they go the extra mile to help.

Remember True Dungeon isn't a giant enterprise so it could take a day or three for them to respond (especially when they are at conventions or trade events). Don't worry - you'll get your shiny new holy avenger soon (and definitely check for the token being tucked into the separate felt back).

Hey folks. I meant to post an update sooner, but work has been a little nuts this past week.

So, I received an email from Jeff the next morning. The issue has been resolved, and and I couldn't be happier.
