TOPIC: 2018-2019 Google Treasure Doc is now available

I just put in Guildy McGuildface’s 54 pulls from 2018. 0 URs, 3 Charms.

I didn’t log our 2017 pulls, but we had just over 100 of them. No URs. Best we did was a Greater Arcane Scroll Tube and Potion of Distilled Healing.

So we just got confirmation that the Dragonward Amulet is a Treasure Box only token. I am going to separate it out. If you want to go and change your completion token to it (and Ale Master Earcuff) they are there. If not no biggie because it doesn't affect much.

It may be that I got a big part of the clump of URs when I drew but even with that said, the percentages are pretty substantially off. It looks like a much lower UR rate than normal. I suspect Gencon may be low as well since it likely includes tokens sent back for transmuting (and there will be more of that for GenCon than Origins).

With over 1,000 pulls submitted, and the pulls being distributed throughout the con - this is likely an accurate representation of what was pulled.

Hopefully, Jeff will make adjustments for GenCon.

Overall, it looks like there is a concerted effort to increase monster bits as a percentage. I'm not sure that is good for new players as those don't tend to have immediate value for them (they can't use them in their next run).

For the past few years URs have run around 1% of pulls. There have been a substantial number of relics as well.

At one point Jeff made reference to "rolling a 20" meaning 5% of pulls were something "special." Included in that were gold, minor transmutes, trade goods, URs, relics and a few legendaries.

Perhaps that is changing. I'm hoping the relatively small sample size of the Origins draws recorded so far are not signaling a change. But it's quite possible they are.

Actually the last year UR's have been closer to half a percent. Though UR+ (UR, relics, legendaries, eldritch have been close to 1%). In 2016 they were around 1%. I can get you exact number per con for the last 2 seasons if you want.

Quasi-related question - when will the new tokens be added to the True Dungeon Token Database? I was curious what the Ale Master's Earcuff did.

Check the TDb after Gen Con has been up and running for 24 hours. Who knows what one might find...

i updated the google doc to combine all the Charms of Transmorph. I also remove the pit only tab since it was the same treasure based on my groups 32 pulls. my pulls were crap but there isn’t much data in the system yet. my pulls make up over half the data so it is skewing everything in the direction of my pulls. i hope to see more data in the next week or so as everyone gets home, recovers and sorts.
