PLEASE Check This List If You Think You Are Getting a Hotel Room from Us!
Please check the list below if you think you should be getting your hotel room through us. Most Full-time volunteers get their hotel provided by us. If you ARE a Full-Time volunteer, then you must report to Volunteer HQ at Tuesday by 6pm. That is time when the big build starts. If you can arrive earlier, we would appreciate it. Some of the volunteers will start at 7am on Monday to unload the trucks and begin the set up. All volunteers should have received their volunteer schedules via email. If have NOT received your schedule yet, please call Lori Martin ASAP on her Verizon cell phone at 618-201-6045. Everyone will get a print out of their schedule when they first check in at Volunteer HQ.

Well...all the work is about over. We still have to load the two 53' trailers, but after that it is time to hop in the mini-van and head to Indy. A few of us are going up Sunday to have one last planning meeting, and then get up early and unload the trucks on Monday morning before it gets too hot. If anyone local Indy folks want to show up on Monday or Tuesday day, please feel free to pop on in. We could use the help.
I will see you all next week! Please remember to check in at the Volunteer HQ just outside Ballroom 9 EVERY TIME you arrive to help out during the build -- and during your Thursday-Saturday shifts. We can better coordinate things if we can have everyone do this simple thing. Besides, Marc is lonely out there!
