TOPIC: If I don't answer...

If I don't answer... 6 years 6 months ago #1

If you PM or email me and I don't respond, it could be because I hate you.

It's much more likely I have my phone turned off, because roaming charges from the NCL Escape are unreasonable.

See you in a week

This just makes me want to email you a giant jpg of a funny cat, just to rack up your roaming charges.

Not sure what NCL Escape means, but I hope you have fun!

Ironic, isn't? Nobody onboard wanted to debate the powers of the +5 Hammer. But I guess that was a good thing.

Shelly and I have been on four cruise lines now. My review of NCL: better than Carnival.

You'd think Norwegians might have some thoughts on the subject. ;)

Not to worry, you got back just in time for the wand debate to reignite.

Norwegians are my people, on my father's side, so I really wanted to love it. Can't say I did. But it wasn't terrible.

I'm sorry to hear that NCL failed to deliver a 10/10 experience. Did you by chance have a stop in Norway? I visited Oslo and Svalbard in January. I would echo the sentiment of wanting to love it but leaving disappointed.

No, we were scheduled for the eastern Caribbean, but hurricanes, so we went Honduras/Belize/Mexico instead.

We did Celebrity in Scandinavia last year. That cruise scored 11 out of ten, except for the weather.

We did the Baltic Sea on Princess this past June, and it was amazing. Honestly loved every part of the trip, and thought Oslo was awesome. Could easily see how January might not be the best time to visit though.
