Well this is
The worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
If
You are staying here, be prepared for housekeeping to let random people in your room, because
They say it is their room. The. The manager
Lying straight to your face about that is how they do it. They let them in the room, then call down to verify.
So you could have
Stuff
Go missing.


Leaks and loud unsleepable noises from the AC water pump. Which can not be fixed after 8pm( because they said, they sent maintenance to wrong room)

Oh and They Have no other Rooms of
My Type to switch me Too.

If You are staying here. I advise
Calling ahead and asking if you will be
Treated like I have.

We are here, for forgot to mention all the construction too, this place has really gone down hill. Luckily we are moving to the Hyatt on Wednesday.

Sorry to hear the stories, but not surprised. The Embassy used to be a first choice for many. Staying at the Omni this time, but spent one night at the indy Embassy back in June for work. Was hoping they'd be through a lot the construction I saw by now. I guess not.

I stay at the Embassy Suites every year at GENCON and they're always great. We had a great experience checking in thus morning. Chad, I'm sorry your experience has been bad so far, I hope it turuns around.

nothing was missing because we were in the room. The water pump is driving me crazy. They sai it is normal. So I am going to take a video(with sound) and post it on Youtube so everyone can see what normal is like, especially at 2am when it is quiet and your trying to sleep

Good grief! Do you think the people they let into your room were criminals, or was it an honest mistake? That's pretty crazy either way.
