My biggest challenge at GENCON is always getting enough sleep. I stay up too late, but wake up at my normal early time (that mental alarm clock is pretty hard to reset) - so I'm usually really, really sleep deprived by the end of GENCON.

I always have trouble sleeping when away from home. GC is no exception - I've had to turn to sleeping pills for a little help.
