Don't know if you are sweating it, but GC51
Hotels are starting to go on sales.
As that's only 54 weeks out.
I just booked my crew 2 very pricey
But fully refundable rooms at the Hyatt.
(You win lottery you dump the junk)

In my opinion staying off site sucks.

I'm trying to give the TD Board a edge on them nice close rooms.

Also No deposit either, and there are some other nice options too.
Might want to check it out, if you go every year like me and my crew.

this happened last year to some people.

the hotels went up for sale a year in advance, they booked, the hotels saw they forgot to block out the times and canceled bookings.

grab them but always remember to have backups!
*mental note* always listen to Jeff

Yes that's possible,
But also you can turn it around on them.
"I need to talk to the hotel manager, this is bull, I booked it fair and square"
Hey they gave some others a free nights I heard
And they booked Tuesday night with them.
Pretty sweet as more and more are coming in on Tuesday night.
And moving hotels on Wednesday is fine,
I do it almost ever year.
It's a slow day.

Thanks for the reminder! I just booked Le Meridien. One room fully paid and non-refundable and a second refundable option for possible friends. I'm staying there this year too so hopefully it is decent and not too far from the dungeon (it seems only 2 block away).

It's one block from GC and 2.5 blocks from TD. It's very very nice inside.
You did well.
But if for any reason you find the walk
Too long or hard, I will carry all your
Dark Green and Orange tokens for you.
Then you can walk back and forth a bit more easily. : )
