Just stating my preference. I understand I don't have much say in the matter since I am not the one doing all the organizing work!

The real question is are you guys going to look down at me ordering lamb at a steak place.

I would like to go - please put me down as interested but I can't confirm yet until I talk to the rest of my group.

...And James, I just did a vacation in New Zealand (where Sheep outnumber people by something like 40:1) - done right, Lamb is better than Steak

I currently reside in Wisconsin but I am from New Jersey.
