So, I may have 2 more for us, my friend and his son.

Is the restaurant ok for kids?

They are undecided, so I don't know what the best way to include them is.

Reservation snafu aside, the dinner was great. Definitely on my to return list next time i'm in Madison. Always glad to meet and relax with fellow players outside of the dungeon.

Depending on when people get to town or leave maybe consider Thurs night next year?
We're all the kind of people who enjoy the game on a "meta" level. We like talking about the game year-round. We buy tokens. We enjoy crafting. We get together during the off-season if we can. We are a very skewed demographic that way. -Raven

I too had a great time, and given that we arrived a little later, I had no idea there was any sort of a snafu.

Thursday night could work for me too, and there is nothing that days we can't do more than the one.

I really enjoyed leading more about volunteering from everyone. I'm hopeful I can make something work for upvooming events.
