That is a huge problem. I just went through the list and compared event numbers vs the Excel sheet. The following look wrong to me:

We can say this, after the registration fiasco the con itself has got to be good/better right!?

I used the codes that Lori gave me to get my GM badge. I received two confirmation emails from Origins. I sent them a message to make sure that TD wasn't charged twice for the badge. I'm still waiting for a response back.

Bump since this is still not fixed.

Still haven't heard back from them about how to get rid of the full run in my cart nor about my double charges. I will give them till tomorrow and then call. Again though the lack of communication is driving me nuts.

That is such an awesome name for a Customer Service person.

Ended up talking to Paul at gama to get my refund processed. Not happy about the $10 fee as i insisted on credit card refund and not system credit. Just too tired at this point to fight them about it, rather be short $10 then $200 right now due to their mistakes.

Only other point i got told is due to 'special nature' of TD tickets they will not show in itinerary or sessions period. Only under Fees and Payments does it appear of what TD tickets one has purchased.

Good luck and hoping for a good con, Gama did set the bar rather low this year.

I am going to call once I get off work. I hope they don't try that on me. I am in no mood for their bad customer service.

Don't think anyone around here blames you Jeff. I remember Gama's registration system being bad years ago (2011 when i quit doing events at Origins). Would've thought they'd have changed/upgraded. Especially when we have almost no issue with the systems used for Game hole con and TDC.

Think a few of us would consider a 'Cluster duck' token as a appropriate way to make up/memorialize this year...

Jedibcg, good luck when you call, i got the tone of 'be grateful we're refunding to card period vs just system credit'. I'm waiting a day or 2 for the refunds to go through, wouldn't surprise me if they find some way to goof that up at this point.
