That's what I'm seeing too.

Joseph- After looking through my stuff I've found a few upgrades or similar but less situational upgrades for your 3 builds.

Paladin- I have Shirt of baneful Prowess (+2 str -1 dex), Boots of agility(+2 dex), Gauntlets of ogre power (+2 str), and Earcuff of the wind(Immune to suprise)

Dwarf- I have Shirt of baneful Prowess (+2 str -1 dex), Boots of agility(+2 dex), Gauntlets of ogre power (+2 str), Goggles of serpent sight (Immune to suprise), and bracers of frost (+2 cold damage in melee)

Bard - I have the footman set cap, chainmail and shield (which all together give +9 AC, immune to surprise and -1 cold damage), boots of the marauder( immune to hold and +2 dex), Gloves of archery(+1 ranged damage), Bracers of archery(+2 ranged damage), Necklace of natural armor(+2 AC), Belt of vitality (+3 hp)

I also have 2 pants of springing(-1 melee damage), 3 darkling earcuff(+1 reflex saves), 3 ioun stone ruby cube(-1 fire damage), 1 +2 save cloak and multiple +1 save cloaks, and an assortment of rings for your Right hand slots like ring of reflexes and ring of fire resistance/absorption.

I'll probably have all of these with me and will loan whatever you'd like in the coaching room.

oh, it looks like we may have one more fighter/d.fighter/paladin than can fit in a run (Brian, Jacob, Joseph, and Wayne)... open are monk, rogue, and both wizards. would one of you be willing to switch to one of those classes? (i'll bring a pair of +1 adem bracers for monk if needed).
