or we could max everything out and do no lethal..I just love seeing the DMs faces when I come in with a group all maxed out and doing non lethal..its epic


Nightmare is fine..the other is if we wanted to be funny

I am up for anything (Nightmare, Non-Lethal, or any combination).

We could all go naked except for the Cleric, Druid, and Paladin on Nightmare and see if they could keep the party alive (the Pacifist Party).

we can go regular run with nightmare..unless anyone objects?
anyone not feel they are equiped for it. post your build and we will see how we can take care of you

if anyone really doesnt want to run nightmare, pm me and I will say I chose to run lower and we can run hard core or normal

My first thought is that while some of this sounds amusing, i would probably prefer a typical nightmare run for the golden ticket. The only other time ive gotten a GT was 2008.

Then i started wondering...if we went fully geared on non-lethal, would the combat DMs let us each take on the monsters 1v1?

Fret not ObscureReference, my first TD run ever was last year's GT run. I had actually never been to Gen Con nor any TD event, but the community is the best ever and very helpful and welcoming to new players!

I can tell, and it's awesome! I'm just really excited, and want to have the best experience possible. I actually would really like to run nightmare to see how badass everything is.

I think without any changes; fighter, wizard, and monk are open. And if anon2 wants druid or ranger, i could play the other with Ed taking monk?
