Okay, I've given the room away.

I am going to keep this list and contact people in the case that there is another cancellation.

I have to cancel a room in the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis or pass it off to someone that is 100% going to Gencon this year to avoid the cancels fees.

The room is booked from Wed 16th to Mon the 21st. ( Monday can be taken off.)

Rate is $223+ 17%tax. (Figure $262 a night).

Room type: Standard Double/ Double.
