Hmmm. So the AoW could indeed be worthwhile for wizards now - that's pretty cool. I just don't know if I have any - since they haven't been useful for my wizard, I think I mulched most if not all of them! :woohoo:

I think the AoW should not be +1 lvl. Negates ring and charm of heroism and some sets.

I think the dice roll should come back. Just my thoughts


1. 2 extra treasure token pulls.
2. +4 to one stat.
3. +4 to one save.
4. 1extra ring.
5. +4 to armor
6. +4 to spell damage / heal

AOW is not +1 lvl. Scroll back to see that it adds runestones and the Special adds a lvl and character card refresh.

No problem. The first post should probably be updated or we should have a new sticky Thread without it being the proposed token effects and just the Token Effects for 2017. Though they are only being tried for TDC to see if they will be used for GC...so maybe not.....

If you look back at the history of AoW die rolls, +1 level has sometimes been one of possible outcomes

True and thats fine if you are have something else that gets you 5th and you roll the plus 1 level you could always loan that otem to someone else in the group. My proposal was just a whim.
Although i do like a bit of chance and luck
But for the hardworking volunteers that figure out the character sheets rolling a die 6 times (average) would be time consuming

+1 level used to be awesome.

Now that we have seven other paths to 5th level, getting just +1 level from AoW is totally meh, IMO. Power creep strikes again.
