TOPIC: True Dungeon Comes to Madison, WI

I am planning to be there and have joined one group for a 6pm run on Friday, but should be done in time to join an 8:24 group. I'd be happy join if you'll have me (did 3 synergy runs at GC).

A couple friends and I are starting to plan a day trip up there for a run. I'm curious though, do these Remixes count as a Third run for EXP purposes?

Currently there is no xp for remixes.

I thought at one of the WYC, there was only XP if you were of sufficiently low Player level?

Was just looking at the Volunteer form which says:

"-Volunteers are NOT to smoke or consume alcohol in the event space."

Should this maybe be updated to include vaping? And maybe chewing tobacco too? And recreational drug use?

The idea was floated but I don't believe it was implemented. At least one of my brand new players wasn't told anything about xp.

I am looking at coming to Gamehole Con, but mainly for True Dungeon...

Are there any runs available I can join or tickets for sale? I do t want to register just to find out it is sold out.

I can do Nightmare as a Paladin, Barbarian, Fightr, and even Cleric, preferences in that order. But would consider any other difficulty level.

I think the last two fall under gen con rules.

Gamehole Con Newsletter came out today. Included the following:

TRUE DUNGEON
True Dungeon tickets are on sale now! We have already sold approximately 2/3rds of them. To repeat, True Dungeon tickets can be purchased by anyone who has a badge immediately. If you are interested in taking a run at this amazing and immersive experience, you should buy tickets soon as they will sell out shortly.

Slight exaggeration. I count 254 of 600 tickets or 42% still available, so actual sales are 58%, not quite the 66.7% reported. Although, maybe by the time I post this it will get there. In any event, I wouldn't wait too long, but these are not selling as quickly as Gen Con.

Edit: I guess they do say "approximately" 2/3rds. Still, they need to sell 54 tickets to get to that point.

I just registered, paid for my hotel, now I need to find as many games as I can, preferably nightmare...
