The treasure enhancing ultra-rare schedule is locked in through 2026. The earliest for a Ring of Riches reprint is 2027.

To avoid recipe drama, it would have to be a functional reprint, like:

Ring of Goodies - +3 treasure, does not stack with CoA or RoR

The ones in 2023 and 2025 haven't been identified yet, but they will combine with the Amulet of Treasure Finding to form a Legendary token like the Charm of Avarice.

Debatable. It might just go toward the new legendary, (which I hope doesn't stack with CoA. But that debate is for another day.)

I doubt it would count towards Charm of Avarice, I also think it would just count towards the new Legendary. But, like you said, the earliest we could get a token like that is 2023.
