TOPIC: "New 2017 Tokens" (not from TD.com or 10 packs)

These are the "new 2017 tokens."

When I say "new token," I mean the token wasn't directly from ordering through the True Dungeon website. Meaning the only way to get them was to go to TDC or a convention.

Token: Holly Ring (Uncommon)
From: The Moongate Maze (Normal/Nightmare Completion)

Token: Greater Holly Ring (Rare)
From: The Moongate Maze (Hardcore/Nightmare Completion)

Token: Pants of Lightstep (Uncommon)
From: Dancing Among Stones (Normal/Nightmare Completion)

Token: Pants of Quickstep (Rare)
From: Dancing Among Stones (Hardcore/Nightmare Completion)

Token: Boots of Foresight (Rare)
From: True Grind (Completion)

Token: Ring of the Hallowed (Rare)
From: True Dungeon Celebration (Patron - listed as "Completion") and Treasure Box at Gen Con

Tokendb has "dungeon only", "completion", and a volunteer token source

Thanks, but I'm quite familiar with what you're saying and have done it hundreds upon hundreds of times. Haven't you heard about how crazy I am about collecting!?!



What you're saying is how I track down what token I'm missing for each "category" of a token. For example, what Volunteer Recognition token I'm missing for my collection.

Perhaps my question wasn't clear when I said, "I know a lot of these are Gen Con completion, but I'm curious to know exactly what dungeon and level they were awarded."

For myself (and others who might be curious) I'm asking...what dungeon run did the Holly Ring (Uncommon) get awarded in (and what level), etc.

Holly Ring: Moongate (Normal)

Greater Holly Ring: Moongate (Hardcore)

Pants of Quickstep: Dancing (Hardcore)

At least, that's how I got them.

I believe your list is accurate

The usual way of things is uncommon completion for normal, rare for hardcore and both for Nightmare.

It was possible to pull the Tanzanite Cube from the Treasure Boxes as well, if that matters.

It was possible to pull the Tanzanite Cube from the Treasure Boxes as well, if that matters.

Thanks. I think I was mainly trying to figure out the "main" way to acquire these, so that I could organize what I had, and knew where they came from.

I suspected that others might also be curious if they didn't do all the runs, so that's another reason why I did a post.

I also got the Greaves when I turned in the 2017 Adventures Guild token. So you could have gotten one that way or from the Box.
