Find people to trade with

Try to sell it to GamingEtc.

TDTavern or Trent Tokens have a consignment sales program.

Accumulate it to turn into trade goods in the transmuting program.

if you're looking to build Advanced items you can turn them in for transmutation to become trade goods. If not you can stop by the vendors and trade them for other items that you could use.
