TOPIC: Do Gloves of the Cabal Duplicate Bonuses or Base?

Given all the discussion about the Lenses of Divine Sight, Mad Evoker's Charm, and Spell Surge, here is a related question:

If a scroll gets a second target due to the Gloves of the Cabal, are any modifiers (from the Arcane Scroll Tube or Greater Arcane Scroll Tube) duplicated as well or is it just the base?

I am not Druegar nor TPTB, but if I were asked this while I was in the dungeon I would rule that the scroll tube bonuses would not get duplicated/doubled, only the base.

I think it clearly says the scroll tube would give you a pool to split between your targets.

Gloves: "The effect from these gloves results in a single two-target spell."
Tube: "If a scroll boosted by this tube can affect more than one target, the caster gets a pool of 2 extra points of healing/damage from the tube, not +2 point per target"

from the text added to Gloves of the Cabal a little while ago :
If an effect modifies a scroll, only the scroll’s primary target is affected. E.g., if Arcane Scroll Tube is used to boost Scroll Cure Moderate Wounds , the primary recipient of the scroll’s effect would heal 11 points and the secondary recipient would heal 10 points. (The order in which the primary & secondary targets are selected is irrelevant.)
