TOPIC: Belt of Baneful Mettle Transmute Confusion

It's not just the printed 2017 token guide. The recipe was 5x Philosopher's Stones and 300gp/monster bit. This is a rather major change that impacts the secondary market prices of both belt transmutes as well as some theoretical devaluing of stones.

I'm just surprised that the recipe got revised, especially when it looks just like the cloak transmute. Confusion from that revision is certainly understandable.
