I believe you have unto December 1, 2018. After that they will be expired and not honored.

Okay, three how would this exchange work? I'm transmuting for 9 mystic silks, so they will be the new ones, but how do I send in the 15 I already have? I don't remember being able to request that as a transmute actions, and I Doubt they would want 15 tokens in 15 labeled baggies to exchange for 15 new ones.

I assume I'll just bring them all to TDC, but not all can do this. Of course, we're not exactly working under a tight deadline.

"Owners of the old, gold-backed versions can use their existing stock in transmuted recipes before December 1st, 2018. One-to-one exchanges can be done starting in September 2017. "

The idea is that hopefully players will use their old stock in transmuting and not need to do the one-for-one exchange.

But either way, the one-for-one exchanges wont start until after gencon this year, so you wont be able to do that at TDC.

I would assume you could do the 1 to 1 swaps at TDC if you have a "transmute" that is nothing but them.

Seems like it would be a good spot to get those done for the TD team since they will have the new tokens on hand and the swap should be fairly quick for small amounts.

Jeff actually explicitly said that you can do the one for one exchanges at TDC.

When is the last day we can mail them in, where they will work on them and send the transmuted tokens back by mail? I assume that at some point they will turn to working on the Celebration rather than working on transmuted tokens for a bit.

In my experience (from WYC transmutes) there is no way I would expect them to deal with mail orders during the Celebration, or even two weeks before, or a week after. There's just too much going on.

If I really wanted something by mid-April, I would mail this week, or just accept the fact I'll get them May 1st at the earliest.

I don't think there techincally will be an offical shut off period for TDC like Gen Con just because I don't remember remember one for WYC. Though as Brad says I would expect close to TDC they are focused on it and I wouldn't expect anything until after TDC.
