I was wondering I have all my tokens bagged and I still need to print out pieces of paper and put them in the bags like I do the shipping transmute orders. Is there anything else that I need to have prepped besides a detailed list for celebration?

Fill out the standard transmuting paperwork, bag up your items with the little slips, basically do everything you would do to box them up and mail them in except box them up and mail them in.

Personally, I plan on doing this:

Put a separate packing slip in each box, if I have more than one. I assume there will be many boxes, and mine could easily get separated from each other.

Each slip marked either "Priority HIGH," or "Priority LOW." This isn't a ranking of my order relative to other people, but just to each other.

"HIGH" is stuff I want to use at TDC, or that I need as an ingredient for the next round (I'm short Oil, so need to make a few early.) It probably won't be much bigger than a shoebox.

"LOW" is stuff that I don't need there, like most trade goods, and I don't care if I don't get them until late Sunday, or in the mail later. (I'll hand them $5 if they can't finish it before I leave. But, so far, they always have.)

I don't want my large boxes of generic stuff to get in the way of someone being able to get their order in time to play with their Dingus of Awesomeness.

+1, Not sure if this works logistically for Jeff and company but i'm sure a few of us have stuff that is nice if i can pickup while at tdc but otherwise here's the 5 bucks to send it to me post tdc.
We're all the kind of people who enjoy the game on a "meta" level. We like talking about the game year-round. We buy tokens. We enjoy crafting. We get together during the off-season if we can. We are a very skewed demographic that way. -Raven

If its like WYC and GHC, they will have forms there.

Someone set up a big sheet of trade token slips and posted them sometime back, but I've lost track of the post.

Is there any way to get the standard forms short of going all the way through the purchase process on a transmute order?

Maybe we can get something like www.truedungeon.com/newsletter/TEP_Form.pdf updated for this year's transmutes before TDC.

All I need to do is exchange the old trade goods for the new brown ones. Seems a bit silly to deal with the forms/bags/labels. Would be nice if I could just bring them all in one bag and have them done on the spot.

Will old (gold backed) trade goods expire? Do we have to turn them in fo the new ones?
