So finally this is starting to roll out. The IOS version (just released) has been updated with the 2017 token set, and includes the additional views for the Party Card and the sub view for DM's to be able to run rooms. There is a Help button on the Party Card that explains how to add characters to the Party Card and how to run the room. Lots of features in the Run Room option, but I caution players that it is totally optional for DM's to use or not use as he/she prefers. Both additions are available on the iPhone and iPad, although it is much easier to use on an iPad. As the Party Card is too big for any screen, just slide it around as it is fully scrollable.

The Android version will only have the updates for the 2017 token set for this year, and should be ready for Google Play within a few days.

Hopefully this will all be just in time to help you decide on your PYP for your token buys!

Thanks
Tom

Nice. Very nice.

Now I'm feeling the urge to trade up to an iPad Pro.
D&D teaches all the important lessons in life - the low blow, the cheap shot, the back stab, the double cross. - Jerry Marsischky

Let them trap us. We have our swords. - Elric of Melnibone.

You try to get them to play the game, but all they want to do is play the rules. - Ardak Kumerian

I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend - Faramir

Ironically, the iPad Pro just enlarges everything, so you don't see any more than you do with a standard iPad, but the text is bigger.

Glad you like it!

The Android update has been uploaded. It should be available for upgrade/update within an hour or so.

No new views, but the new token set is available.

Please let me know if you find any issues. I checked the token files on both Android and IOS, but I miss something every year.

Thanks!

Just downloaded the updated Android version. Awesome. This app was really helpful last Gen Con. Thank you so much.

Too bad. Well, you just saved me some money.

Oh, who am I fooling? I'm just going to spend it on tokens. ;)

Since you can't resize the view, is it possible to lock the class text so that you can see the class name as you swipe to see the numbers on the right.

It is possible. I do the same thing on the Run Room view. It's a bit complicated, but possible. I took the approach on the Party Card to reflect as close as possible the actual Party Card. The shading on each row was added to aid keeping track of which line is which character.

All that said, I will consider it for future revisions.

BTW: just to be clear, the iPad Pro may not offer improvements over the iPad 2/4/Air. It is much easier to use the new views on an iPad over an iPhone. The iPad Pro is capable of running multiple apps within app windows, which may allow for better viewing, if I can figure out how to set the window size. Typically, it just divides in 2 and keeps the same aspect ratio.

There doesn't seem to be an option for Tooth of Cavadar (3) on the Android version.

Also, I don't seem to have my redoubt set bonuses using blessed shield, blessed plate and redoubt helm.

It does still work with regular redoubt shield.
