For tokens that are shown to the coach then put away for the run, I use plastic coin tubes with screw-on lids, sized at 40 mm (generally used for the American Eagle, Walking Liberty, or Canadian Maple Leaf series of coins). These are easy to find online or at coin shops, and only cost about 50 cents each.

One of those will hold 16 or 17 tokens. So, two tubes are usually enough for me to store all of my primary equipment - classless items and my 1st choice class items - as well as a few items for other classes if I can't play my first choice for some reason. The two tubes (plus a few extra tokens) fit nicely into a tube-shaped pencil case such as this:

...which is easy to toss into a messenger bag or even "fannypack".
So, now that my stat-boosting gear is out of the way, what about weapons, thrown items, and various misc. things that I want to keep on hand? I use a magnetic arm-band. The magnets in this thing are really quite strong, primarily intended to be used for mechanics to keep tools and nuts and bolts handy or from getting lost.

But this thing is just to hold thrown items, maybe one or two potions. You know; a bit of stuff to keep immediately handy, but not too many items. (Also, although the magnets are strong I don't store purples on this thing. I'm probably just being paranoid, but I keep worrying that if someone brushes up against me they might dislodge one.)
Most of my healing is kept in a leather pouch hanging on my belt. Fermented Frost Berries and the like, so I can just grab a handful right after battle when me and my friends want to top up our HP.

Inside of this healing pouch, I have a few smaller drawstring pouches (such as from the starter token packs at the beginning of a run) that keep the more significant healing items (Red scrolls and potions) separate from the mass of tiny healers.
Finally, the majority of my potions, oils, scrolls and other misc. items that don't necessarily need to be that immediately available I put in plastic pages. I personally prefer the ones put out by Whitman. I find them very thick and more sturdy than the default ones from TD.

Click the above pic to go to the Amazon.com page for them. I can roll up 3 of these pages, and slip them into a leather thermos-carrier to sling over my shoulder as a sort of "scroll case"!
