Ok for the slow among us, please lay out the similarities and differences between the pouch and the quiver. Why would I want both?

SIMILAR:
-free action, once per combat.
-apply oil*

DIFFERENT:
pouch:
-can also use salve or potion
-when applied to missile, only lasts for one combat round (then that missile is used)

quiver:
-applied to missile weapon, will last entire combat, not just one round.

so, think of the quiver as a specialized pouch that gets a nice boost for its specialization.  also, having both gives you two free actions (you can oil up your weapon and then later down a healing potion to keep yourself up).

does that cover it?

Can I get further clarification, so I can decide if this UR is on my PYP list or not?

Does the Quiver work to enchant the sling itself, or 1 sling projectile?

Does the "lasts 1 combat" mean 1 attack round, or for the length of a combat it is used in?

IF SLING and length of combat are the answers - then we have a nice UR that potentially adds +3 (cold/evil)damage to every range attack! Nice - I would need that item

oh yes - is there a SLOT that this takes up?

And does the Pouch take a SLOT?
