Already looked at the others (R, UC, C) and they look good.

Now that the Pouch is here though, well, you use "Oil" and with the Quiver you use "oil". Never noticed the "apply applicable" on the Quiver before either. I guess there are oils that are not applicable to ranged weapons?

Also, does the Pouch function underwater?

And that's it for me. Thank you Jeff and Co. for the awesome turnaround on all these new tokens.

EDIT: Figured out the "apply applicable" bit. For example, Oil of Smiting says "Apply to 1 blunt weapon, criticals on a '19' or '20'" so if you're using Sling Bullets then this oil is applicable. If you are using Arrows, it's not.

I notice the Robe of the Arch Mage changed.  There was a lot of discussion a week ago and it got bumped up to +4AC.  It stayed that way for almost a week without too much comment, which indicates to me that it was at the right level.

Now suddenly, it is back to +3AC.  Is this a mistake?

If not, theese last microsecond changes are contrary to the review process.

Jeff,

I'm glad to see the Robe of the Archmage at +3 AC, I think that is the right level for it, one AC higher than the Rare version. 

Did the Druid Vestments just get weaker or stronger?  Or is it the same but just worded more simply? 

It would be cool if it let you polymorph into the Dire Bear without having to sacrifice spells (maybe that counts as a "polymorph restriction)

I think that is a casting cost not a restriction.

Trident got nerfed down from +5 to +3 on a '20'... and I want my Robe back at +4 AC. Foo.

Druid's Wild Vestments - should polymorph be capitalized since it's a special game term?  That seems to be the trend.

To confirm, the Lens of True Seeing does not reveal illusions, correct?
(it only sees through the listed items: invisibility, mirror images and displacement)

I suggested it as seeing through everything (it's an Ultra-Rare after all).    However, that may bypass some in-game puzzles or something?

+2 Heavy Trident of Skewering: Didn't think it needed to get downgraded to "3 damage on a 20." There were previously complaints about obsoleting other two-handed weapons, but that's not the case at all. For the Paladin, the Holy Greatsword is almost always going to get the +3 damage, so it's essentially 10.5 average damage most of the time. Similarly, a good chunk of monsters (especially the tough ones) are larger than man-sized, in which case the Great Club of Bashing deals 10.5 average damage against those monsters. The only two-handed weapon that is weak, is the +2 Great Axe (which is obsoleted by the Holy Greatsword and Club of Bashing). The Heavy Trident deals 8.25 average damage, but doesn't get the "usually applicable +3" the two other weapons get. Hitting a "20" isn't as reliable, so I think 5 damage was fine. Alternatively, you can emphasize the Skewering aspect and borrow the mechanic from the Rapier of Piercing.

Pouch of Tulz: Maybe change the name to "Tulz's Pouch of Retrieval"? Pays homage to the Belt of Retrieval, and better explains how/why you get the free action.

Robe of the Arch-Mage: I'm fine with the change to +3 AC. Makes it more consistent with the "Rare -> Ultra-Rare is a difference of +1 AC" philosophy. The Rare Robes are +2 AC, so it makes sense for the UR Robes to be +3 AC (plus you're getting the Magic Missile immunity as a bonus). Also helps combat AC creep.

So does this mean the amulet crown is out.  That would be the coolest item not produced since the wand of wonder. I was pumped about wearing a hop and aow together.

Minor nitpick on the Ring of Protection missing a space before the +2.

I like the Pouch of Tulz and the alliteration (Tulz = Tools) it's very fitting. Any reason not to open this up to the various Food items as well?
