I originally posted this in the UR thread, but i figured I could post it here since I had all rarity levels in mind:

I don't know if it has been mentioned in years past, but what about "tattoos" for the Monk? They would take up the armor slot since they don't wear any. Nothing too game breaking, but something that gives small to moderate bonuses for the class (AC, Saves, HP, etc). You could even use the animal totem theme from the armors.



But at the start of the adventure he has to roll a d6 for each tattoo. A '1' means he contracted hepatitis and goes through the dungeon with half his max HP.

Ring of the Sahuagin:+3 to melee Dmg. with non-magical weapons

Ring of the Warrior: +1 to Attack and Dmg with any melee Weapon

Ring of the Dragon Turtle: Acts as a Small Sheild can still use two-handed weapons

Sea Hag's Totem: Immune to Charms, +1 AC  (Necklace Slot)

Hep doesn't set on that quickly, and there is such a Remove Disease...

this past year there was a lot of rare armor that gave slightly less ac than the previous max but an additional bonus (to saving throw or such). How about a series of rare armor that gives better AC with a penalty.

Turtle Scale Armor (cleric, fighter, paladin): +9 AC, -2 reflex and will saves
Dragonfish Totem Armor (barbarian, bard, cleric, druid, fighter, paladin, ranger, rogue): +5 AC, -2 fortitude saves
Eel Skin Armor (bard, cleric, fighter, paladin, ranger, rogue): +6 AC, -2 fortitude and will saves
Octupus Totem Armor ((barbarian, bard, cleric, druid, fighter, paladin, ranger, rogue): +6 AC, -1 to hit and damage

I think +6 Armor for the Barb and Druid is too powerful, even with penalty.    It's more AC than the UR Troll Hide Armor.

I am not sure about the red charms. There's still a lot of purple players without their three charms. This creates power-creep, which would be nice to avoid.

Same thing about the siren's potion.

Would love to see a consumable item that gave a +1 or +2 HP for the adventure.

In general, I am not that excited about having any more +1 weapons....all the collectors have more than enough of them.

Only Smakdown has three charms.  And I think giving people a chance to have charms with spending tons of money is a good idea.

Also, there are already 2 consumable items that give +1 HP for the adventure.

Re: charms, thats my point--there's lots more room for purple charms, so what's the need to give out red ones? I guess we can agree to disagree.

Re: consumables, I knew that, but perhaps you didn't know that the only GC-only combo popular enough to run out was the elixir, at least that's what happened when I was helping Dave on Friday. This suggests to me that there is more of this item wanted.

I like the idea of red charms - not everyone has the ability or desire to completely purp out, and red charms would be a nice way to give these players a shot at using another slot.

I like the idea of armor that gives big bonuses to AC but has a to hit and damage penalty.

Sea Horse Shoes
These finlike foot coverings allow humanoid creatures aquatic movement equal to a giant Seahorse.

These eye coverings magically allow one to be unhindered by underwater, low visibility conditions. It also allows one to be able to see the differences in water currents, eddies, and temperatures.

Sea Shells of Sound
